HR Login → Attendance → Add Attendance

  1. From the add attendance page of HR module you can- 

  • View the attendance records.

  • Update daily attendance of staff.

  • Or make entry of their campus exit time.

  1. You can either make entries directly from entry and exit button or search staff member from the list and then update their attendance regularly.




  1. For making entry time of staff member, click on entry button and it will take you to another page where you have to add entry date and time, select the staff member from the list whose entry time you want to mark and then save the attendance from save button. 

  2. For updating exit time, select exit button given adjacent to entry button and then similar to entry time you can record the exit timing of staff member.

  3. The search button will enable you to first search the staff member from the list either by their name, department, designation or by their staff category and once you searched the staff member you can update the attendance of staff member as stated in point no. 4 & 5.
