HR Login → ID Cards


From the ID cards page of HR module you can generate the ID cards for the staff member of an organization.



  1. The 'Action' tab will enable you to view, edit or delete the existing details of ID cards issued to the staff member whereas from 'Add New' button you can issue new identity cards to the staff member. 
  2. To issue identity cards you have to select staff recipients from the list ( you can select multiple staff member) then add ID card issue date and validity of identity card.
  3. Now in order to generate or print ID cards of staff members, you have to select the staff member from the list and then from the front, back or both button you can generate the relevant side of the identity cards.
