Fees / Accounts → Masters → Account Master


Account master page gives you a list of the creditors and debtors. It gives you the option to add, edit, view or delete them. You dont need to add students or staff from here as students will come directly in this list from the registry module as soon as any invoice is created for them and staff will come here directly from the HR module.





Add New Account

  1. For adding new accounts, click on add new button and it will take you to another page where you have to fill required details.

  2. Here you have to add account name then select account group from the list.

  3. In contact person field you can add name of the person to whom transactions can be communicated. 

  4. Add address of the accounts, country, state, city and postal address.

  5. For adding phone number or mobile number you have to first select country code then add number.

  6. You can also add their email address, fax and website URL (if any).

  7. Then before saving the account details you can add remarks.
