This article helps you to integrate your quickbook account with the accounting module of software; enabling you to record book-keeping and other financial entries in the respective pages of accounts module, and the same can be tracked down through quickbook accounts. Not only the entries it integrates all your customers accounts, invoices and their transactional receipts.


Update the quickbook settings in ifnoss using the following -

Super Admin --> Masters --> Plugins --> Quickbooks


To integrate quickbook accounts with ifnoss, you have to create developer account in quickbook.

Url : developer.intuit.com

Select APIs button and then check into accounting and payments option before finally creating it from create app button below.





Select Accounting if you only wish to use quickbooks for accounting purpose. However if you wish to integrate the payment gateway also then select both from the above screen and then click on create app button below. You will then be asked to complete your profile and also upload the privacy policy link from your website.




  • Now you have to select certain keys which are required to paste in the quickbook master page of super admin in the software. Refer to below screenshot for those keys
  • In the keys section, provide details in the 1 & 2 for the production keys and then proceeding to the next step.
  • Now click on Test connection app to get access token key. see the below screenshot -



  • In this step you can get all the keys and copy them. you have to proceed section one after another.



After getting all the keys then go to your app and then complete these step -

  • You have to add url with some modification on pointed location in the below screenshot.
  • URL- http://www.abc.com/quickbookconn.aspx
  • Replace www.abc.com with your domain name.




  • After the above part completion click on "Hello Name" drop down and select Sandbox then click on "Go to company".





  • Then login to super admin account of ifnoss software.

Super Admin → Masters →Plugins→ Quickbooks


  • Here you have to select your company name then paste all the copied key paths in their relevant fields and click to save button.
  • Paste there only copied keys from quickbook and use this url - "https://sandbox-quickbooks.api.intuit.com/" for "ServiveContext.BaseUrl.Qbo" field.


  • Now open your account module and add entries in payments, invoice and receipt. if you found sign in or authorization page at the time of new entry then you have to provide these details and then proceed to next step. see the below screenshot -

  • Click on authorize button. see the screenshot -


  • Now whenever you record entries for accounting transactions- payments, receipts, invoice in ifnoss software, they will automatically get recorded in your quickbook accounts
