After creating the result master you need to update them in all the relevant cohorts.
For doing this go to the following -
Exams Module --> Cohorts --> Click on Edit Cohort Icon
On the overview page on the left you get a drop-down of all the results of that program. Select the relevant result and click on update.
Please note that this step is mandatory as after this only the key to grading will show.
