Add Cohort Attendance


Registry Module → Cohort → Attendance


The attendance page of registry module will let you to add, edit, view and delete attendance of the students studying in the particular cohort / program and download the attendence sheet of any selected course program.




For adding attendance of the students

  1. You have to select program, cohort and module for which you are updating attendance and add cohort date with the facilitator who were assigned to this particular cohort.




  1. Once you select program; cohort and module of examination, you can view the list of students enrolled to the selected cohort.

  2. In the remark field option of each student, you can add reason why the absent were not present in the examination.

  3. Then save cohort attendance from save button given in the page.





For downloading Attendance Sheet

  1. Click on attendance sheet button given in the top right of the page and it will take you to another page where you have to fill required details.
  2. Here you have to select attendance type whether you want to download normal attendance sheet of whole cohort or time table wise attendance sheet.
  3. Select program, cohort, staff or module from their respective list.
  4. Now add starting and end date of cohort before downloading the the attendance sheet.
