We can assign Course Coordinators / Batch Head / Department Heads while creating cohorts.
As soon as this is done then from their own respective staff logins they can add the attendance and marks of all modules of their cohorts as well as view them.
NOTE: Even if the facilitator is not teaching any subject in that cohort, he/she will still be able to view/add/edit the details.
