With the help of this manual you can add invoices of the fee payments made by students or other companies, view the status of their fee submission and print the copy of invoices.


Registry Module → Cohort → Invoices








  • The invoice option in the cohort menu will let you to add new invoice. Click on it to view invoice list page.


  • Here you can search invoice bill, delete invoice bill, and add new invoice into the system.


  • For adding new invoice, click to add new button in the upper right corner which will take you to another invoice page.


  • Enter date of fee payment and cohort of the student.


  • Now you need to specify to whom you are generating invoice from the list. Select any of them and add their name.


  • Fill the fields of invoice no., and fee category.


  • You can also add some remarks


  • Then click to save button to generate invoice bill.

  • You can see these all the category. On this page you can add or update any category.
