Allot Cohort or enrolling a student already registered in another campus
From allot cohort you can allot a cohort / batch to the students of same campus who are not in any cohort. It also allows you to enroll the students other campus in your campus. For that you need to follow the steps :
Go to - Registry Module → Students → Allot Cohort
Important point -
1. If you choose My Campus - then only those student are shown in the list who are registered in your campus but are not found any cohort
2. If you choose Other Campus then those student are shown in the list who are registered in the other campus but they could not found any (my campus) cohort.
From where you can assign cohort and course program to the registered students.
Select program and cohort from drop down and suppose if you want to allot cohort of main campus to the enrolled students of other campus then click to its checkbox.
If the student has select few modules of this particular cohort, click to partial program and add core modules below.
Enter registration date, registration number then select study mode and course program mode of the students.
Specify the group and minor elective from the list if the student has opted for any elective group.
After completing above entries, select the students from the list then click to save button to allot them cohort.
You can export the excel file of cohort allotment.
