The software has an inbuilt link to create a support ticket and search for knowledge base articles. 


By clicking on the right side menu we get the following options -

From the knowledge base link you are redirected to our support portal that is https://ifnoss.freshdesk.com


The help and support link opens a page directly in the system from where you can write support tickets to us.


Write your email id in the requester field. 





You can also directly search our knowledge base from the same page.
