Library → Database → Magazines & Journals
Magazines and journals enable you to add and edit magazines and journal in the database of your institute's library management system. From here you can subscribe magazines, journals and newspapers.

From action tab, you can view and edit the details of existing magazines and journals in the library database.

You can download the list of magazines, journals and newspapers from export button and view their subscription details from subscription button.

To view subscription details you can select item from the list and then add its name. Change button given in the subscription page will take uou back to the previous page.

And the other button option will take you to another page where you can fill details relevant to the magazines, journals or newspapers.

For adding details you have to select item as shown in above screenshot.

Then add name, cost, edition, stock received date and its quantity in their respective fields. While adding cost of item you can add cost per unit or consolidated price of the stock.

Here you can also add other details of about the item like suppliers name, publisher name, stack shelves and issue number and then save all the details from save button given below in the page.
