The overview page of all opportunities enables you to view and update various enquiry related activities assigned to any of the staff members.

Apart from this, you can update lead details as well as personal details of all the leads.

  1. For adding details of various activities into the system, click to edit icon of any recorded lead or follow the links.


  1. For updating lead details and other account details click to the lead name or lead id link.

  2. Click to the remarks to add remarks to the leads account. You can add or delete remarks from the remark list given below in the overview page.

  3. If you want to update lead details only, fill the lead detail form given in the page.

  4. Enter date, select stage, course program, status and source of the lead generated, add groups then click to save button to update informations.
