Unassigned - all enquiries which are not assigned to any staff
Open - Enquiries whose status is assigned, in process, new and recycled
On hold - All enquiries from sales stage except those which not closed won or closed lost and whose status is not closed or converted
Closed and won - All enquiries from sales stage whose status is closed won
